Flatward is a property management service in development, run by Alex Withington in London. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and your rights. Contact: hello@automate-hq.com.
What we collect

If you send agent statements for a fee audit, we use them only to prepare your audit and delete them when you ask, or within 90 days.
Legal basis
Your consent when you join the waitlist or ask for an audit, and our legitimate interest in preventing spam and measuring which marketing works. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it
The website and its database are hosted by Vercel Inc. Fee audits are prepared with the help of Anthropic's Claude API, which processes the statements you send to extract the charges. When you sign up, an instant alert with your details is sent to our phones through ntfy.sh and kept on its servers for up to 12 hours. Emails, if we send them, go through our email provider. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under standard contractual safeguards. We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@automate-hq.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies or use third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them.
